Air Fryer Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana
Serves: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
This quick and easy treat is warm, gooey, and absolutely delicious! Perfect for a sweet snack or healthy dessert. You can eat it straight from the peel or scoop it onto a plate with a spoon. So simple, so good!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or PB2 mixed with water for a lighter option)
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice open the banana lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Spread the peanut butter inside the banana and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Place the banana in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the banana is soft and the chocolate is melty.
- Carefully remove (it will be hot!), let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
