Vegan Bread Machine Seitan

If you are eating a vegan diet, you have probably been asked the question "Where do you get your protein?" a million times right? While nature has made is pretty much impossible to be low in protein (as long as you are eating enough calories), if you are needing or wanting to eat more protein seitan could be a great option for you! This version is as simple as it gets because you let the bread machine do all the work. 
The slices make a great meat substitute on sandwiches and can easily be chopped into smaller pieces and used in stir fry dishes, grain bowls and a variety of other dishes!
The addition of nutritional yeast in this recipes helps you get your daily b12 as well. This is especially important to be mindful of when eating a vegan diet. 

Ingredients
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (vegan if possible)
2 1/4 cup water
2 cups vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup garbanzo flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika

Instructions
1. Place all ingredients into the bread machine based on the manufacture's instructions. Typically this is wet ingredients first, followed by dry. 
2. Push the basic loaf setting on your machine and bake!
