Peanut Butter Pumpkin Shake

Peanut Butter Pumpkin Shake
Makes: 1 • Total Time: 5 minutes • FODMAP Rating: low

Packed with protein and fiber, this is a great cool drink to enjoy as a treat!

Ingredients
1 cup plant-based milk, preferably almond
1 frozen or fresh banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice*
â…“ cup canned pumpkin
dash of maple syrup
8 to 10 ice cubes

Instructions
1Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
2.Blend on high until smooth.
3. Serve or place in an air-tight container and store in the freezer for a quick frozen treat later on.

*Don’t forget to preload on vegetables before you eat!
*Nut-Free: Swap out peanut butter for granola butter (see week 6) or a sweetened hummus variety, or simply omit the peanut butter.
