Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie
Makes: 1 large smoothie  Prep: 5 minutes   FODMAP Rating: Medium

Enjoy a refreshing burst of flavor with this Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie! Packed with fruits, veggies, and a zesty kick of ginger, it's creamy, vibrant, and perfect for a quick, healthy boost!


Ingredients
1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
1 whole orange, peeled (or a scoop of orange juice concentrate)
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks
1 thumb-size piece of ginger root
1 cup water

Instructions
1. Blend all together until smooth and creamy

*FODMAP Swap: Use a banana that is less ripe; Keep it to a ¼ cup of mango
*Don’t forget to preload on veggies before you eat!
